WW was first founded in 1963, and now, it has over 4 million members worldwide! According to the WW website, the premise of WW is to assist those working to meet their health goals with scientifically proven programs and coaching solutions for weight loss and wellness. 

We chatted with our friend Katie of @wwjourneyofme to hear her take on Three Wishes, and to understand why as a WW member, she likes to enjoy it!

“As a WW member of nearly 3 years, I've always looked for a WW friendly cereal that tastes like actual cereal. Three Wishes blew my mind with their clean cereal! I especially love the chocolate and cinnamon. You literally feel like you are eating any chocolate or cinnamon cereal from the store! And the best part apart about it is, its clean ingredients with healthy macros. I love pairing it with a protein shake rather than milk for an additional amount of protein.
