Our cereals are made without nuts. While our granola does contain nuts, it is produced in a separate facility from our cereals.

We sure do. We love dreaming up limited-edition flavors throughout the year, so if you see one you love, grab it while you can.

We have! Strawberry and Marshmallow were both limited-edition flavors when they launched. If a limited-edition flavor gets enough love, we’re always open to making it a permanent part of the Three Wishes family.

Our natural flavors are made from all-natural essences and oils and may be derived from spices, fruits or fruit juices, vegetable, or vegetable juices, herbs, barks, buds, roots, leaves, or similar plant materials! They’re non-GMO and free from allergens.

We’ll let you decide what “healthy” means for you, but we can tell you what’s inside: our cereal is made with simple ingredients and per serving delivers 8g of protein, 3g of sugar, and 3g of fiber. Sneaky delicious. Sneaky nutritious.

We wanted our granola to work harder and taste better, so we gave it an upgrade. The new recipe has 13g of protein, 8g of fiber, and just 4g of sugar per serving—with all the crunchy goodness you came for.
