Struggle from lactose intolerance and many underlying food sensitivities, I've been eating this cereal every morning for at least 2-3 years now and I look forward to it every morning. Doesn't bloat me, tastes incredible, and so so so healthy!!! Recommend to everyone I know and also am doing a personal project featuring Three Wishes.
I just happened to spot the Three Wishes Honey variety yesterday after looking at another big-name cereal that's very similar but has so much more sugar and far less protein. The label on Three Wishes seemed too good to be true. I just tried it, and it's delicious! I wish I had bought 2 boxes, and I'm sorry I didn't know about it sooner, but I generally avoid the cereal aisle. I'll definitely get this again. Further, I'm going to give the Cinnamon a try next time!

Holy sh*t! This stuff is GREAT! I mixed with unsweetened almond milk and about 60 cal of protein powder. Already obsessed. Need to try to stay on the unsweetened but the fruity and cinnamon I tried are so good.
their is a great amount of sugar and stuff but their isn't enough info i cant see how much sugar or energy is in it.
This cereal is fabulous. Has a feeling that you're eating Lucky Charms all rolled up into one "O". You can taste the marshmallow, plus the oats. These have a sweetness that is more subtle. Like the Frosted Three Wishes, only toned down. I appreciate that. I am pleased to hear they are no longer going to be a seasonal offering.
The Cinnamon Bun flavor is insanely good and the protein to sugar ratio is 👌🏼 Please add this flavor to your site or Amazon, the people need it!!
I am glad to find a cereal with little ingredients but I wish they disclosed what their natural flavors are

My first time trying the cereal. Taste almost like regular cinnamon flavored cereal. I wish they would make it without natural flavors and less sweet. Heard natural flavors are unhealthy for you.
I LOVE the Cocoa cereal - it's really too good. I have to limit myself or I'd eat the whole box. Anyway, it's great for a quick snack/treat for someone who's trying to maintain a more healthy diet.

Absolutely LOVE this marshmallow flavor. Please continue to make it! Bought one box and am going to stock up on more it's perfect to add to yogurt or just have on it's own.
This stuff is amazing! Tasty and gluten free, and high in protein without nonsense fillers! Love it
I love this cereal. The Cocoa is currently my favorite flavor. It is not as sweet as the kids cereal it is mimicking, however, the superior macros offset any lack in flavor.
I am super thankful for a GF cereal option without ANY added sugar OR sugar alcohols. Three wishes unsweetened rivals no other brand. It is unmatched! It is perfect as a crunchy stand alone snack, cereal with milk, or topping for yogurt or oatmeal. It’s wonderfully versatile!
On paper, this cereal sounds good. In the mouth, after a few crunches, it has a noticeable strange aftertaste likely from the chickpeas. The strawberry flavor unfortunately cannot overcome the aftertaste and to me it is off-putting. Will not buy agsin, but I might try other flavors to see if it is the same.

Question- Have you thought about making larger boxes? The rate we go through the stuff, I feel uncomfortable environmentally how much cardboard we have.
Love the unsweetened one. I highly recommend this cereal to anyone looking for a healthy cereal without preservatives and sugar. There are very few options out there and I am thrilled to have found this one.
I love the flavor of this cereal and that it doesn’t instantly become soggy. Down side is it’s more expensive than typical cereals and not always available in stores nearby.
