My favorite cereal ever

The best! I love how it has such simple ingredients and very few ingredients...
It is easy for me to digest as i have major digestion issues...and it tastes so good! I love it topped with some strawberries and cinnamon! Its the best cereal ever! I love that they have an unsweetened version too...that's so hard to find these days!

I can eat cereal again! Keeps you full.

My first impression of the unsweetened cereal was “needs some sugar.” Then I noticed I easily made it to lunchtime without feeling like I was starving. I’m usually hungry 90 minutes after breakfast but with this cereal I went 4 hours before looking to refuel. I toss in a few nuts now just to jazz it up. Before Three Wishes I had given up on cold cereal. Even the healthy stuff gave my brain fog due to the high carb content. Now after a 9 year hiatus I can eat cereal again and I’m loving it!

I also tried the “honey” version. I hate the taste of monk fruit but it’s grown on me. I switch back and forth between the honey and the unsweetened.

Delicious and Healthy

I love this cereal. It's delicious and it's healthy! I love how crunchy it is, too. My only negative is the price... I could buy 2 or 3 boxes of unsweetened cereal of another brand for the same price as 1 box of 3 Wishes. I don't know if I'll buy it again.
