My first impression of the unsweetened cereal was “needs some sugar.” Then I noticed I easily made it to lunchtime without feeling like I was starving. I’m usually hungry 90 minutes after breakfast but with this cereal I went 4 hours before looking to refuel. I toss in a few nuts now just to jazz it up. Before Three Wishes I had given up on cold cereal. Even the healthy stuff gave my brain fog due to the high carb content. Now after a 9 year hiatus I can eat cereal again and I’m loving it!
I also tried the “honey” version. I hate the taste of monk fruit but it’s grown on me. I switch back and forth between the honey and the unsweetened.
