Delicious cereal

It is very hard to find a non grain, unsweetened cereal so I am happy to have the Three Wishes brand available. It is crunchy and yummy.

Serves the Purpose

Since I have a very restricted diet, (dairy free, gluten free and low carb) it was nice to find a breakfast cereal that i could eat. The cereal stays crunchy in almond milk and what it lacks in taste I fix by adding berries and nuts. I gave it a 4 because it does leave an after taste in my mouth.

Genius move cereal

This cereal is a genius move. It is a savory-ish cereal that tastes yum and stays crunchy with milk or can be eaten plain as a snack yet has an amazing nutrition profile. It’s a clean food, it makes sense, and I am sooo thankful as a person who watches sugar and carbs for health reasons that this wonderful product exists.
